Three high school seniors are sent to the principal’s office. Something awful has taken place and all three young men are somehow involved. It’s their classmate Simone, who’s played an important part in all of their lives. In the waiting room of the principal’s office, as stress builds for all three, they come clean – about their fears and dreams, their resentment, jealousy and need for revenge. A stale row needs resolution! And if the school refuses to deal with it, the boys will do it themselves!
Kristo Šagor’s dramatic premiere first hit the stage in 1998, followed by Šagor’s cult classic “Threesome without Simone” – a story of adolescent male fragility, spirit, testosterone and tears. Now, 20 years later, the story has finally made it’s way to Estonia and it is just as topical today as it was then, with the struggle of three men against each other as well as society highlighting the world of a contemporary young man in incredible detail.
