Does 8 hours of sleep and a breath of fresh air really do the trick?
People keep saying that your diet should be diverse, you should spend at least one hour outside every day, in addition to chatting with friends and close ones, keeping away from all sorts of screens, exercising for 30 minutes and getting at least 8 hours of sleep. On the other hand, many of us are dealing with bullying, depression, insomnia and social anxiety. What the hell will a swig of fresh air change?!
If your body changes and you don’t want to work out any more.
If your parents get a divorce and you don’t know how to talk to them any more.
If your friends are not as successful in school, causing you to get grades that are not too good.
If you prefer to keep to yourself because that keeps you out of trouble.
Then you can bet on it, that your solitude will be used against you.
